Roaring Fork Valley Planning Commission-February 1, 2018

The purpose of the Land Use Regulation Amendment is to modify Article 3, Section 3-330(I) in order to provide for extended medical and retail marijuana business hours; and in order to reduce the maximum allowable cultivation requirements for marijuana per residence to coincide with the twelve (12) plant limit as set forth in C.R.S. 18-18-406(3)(a)(II)(a).
